Perioperative/Surgical Care
Every surgical case moves through multiple transitions. Your team takes patients from induction to maintenance, through emergence, and into recovery. Each phase requires precise timing, careful handoffs, and equipment that works when it needs to.
Some risks only surface when the patient is out of the operating room. Residual paralysis and neurological changes can appear later in PACU or during the next phase of care.
Our perioperative solutions integrate patient monitoring, neuromuscular assessment, and intraoperative neuromonitoring into one connected system. And for post-operative ventilation, we offer comprehensive respiratory support built for PACU environments.

Complete Data Continuity
Moving a patient through surgery is a series of handoff, and each one is a chance for critical information to disappear.
Life Scope® G-Series bedside monitors paired with the BSM-1700 transport monitor maintain continuous monitoring from pre-op to PACU without needing to re-cable sensors or re-enter patient data.
With optional wireless connectivity, the data transmits in real time to Life Scope® Central Station. When reconnected, all stored data uploads automatically, keeping one complete patient record across your OR suite and recovery area.

Neuromuscular Blockade Monitoring
Visual assessment of neuromuscular recovery is still standard practice in most ORs, but it cannot reliably detect residual neuromuscular blockade.
Smart Cable™ NMT Pod delivers objective Train of Four (TOF) ratios directly on your Life Scope bedside monitor in real time. Data automatically flows to your EMR, eliminating manual charting. When TOF reaches your reversal threshold, your team makes decisions based on objective data instead of visual assessment.

Neuromonitoring Integration
During spine surgery, craniotomy, or vascular procedures, intraoperative neuromonitoring guides surgical decisions in real time. Your neuromonitoring team is tracking nerve activity on one screen while your anesthesia team manages vitals, gases, and hemodynamics on separate screens. This means critical context gets pieced together verbally instead of being visible all at once.
One View solution integrates continuous neurological data with vital signs and anesthetic parameters on a single display. When a neurological change occurs, your team sees the complete physiological picture in real time.

Comprehensive Respiratory Support
Patients coming out of surgery sometimes need continued ventilator support in PACU. Many recovery rooms are equipped with basic models that limit modality and function.
The NKV-440 ventilator delivers invasive, non-invasive, and high-flow respiratory support in a compact footprint without wall air dependency. Your PACU team has the respiratory capability they need without the infrastructure or space constraints of traditional ventilators.
